AQCC have transformed themselves into a batting powerhouse this season. Karthik, Rohit, Captain Srini, and smiling assassin Nandhakumar have started performing consistently this season. Rangers recover miraculously from 39/7 to post 173 on board. MNH Ridoy built inning with 2 partnerships with the lower order. First, 90 runs partnership with Shazid Ahmed for 8th wicket and 2nd, 43 run partnership with KSH Haque for 9th wicket. From Adore, Chelsea Moscript bagged the first “5 for” of the season. Chasing 174, Adore relied on the opening pair of Kazuki Takita and Japan Women’s national team player Shizuka Miyaji and Shun Hashiba. 2nd Match of the TSL was a true battle between bat and ball as Serendib restricted AQCC to 129 and chased it down with 1 ball to spare. It was 2nd match of the day for AQCC and Captain Srini and Rohit opened the batting and faced pace bowling attack patiently. Srini batted beautifully for his 43 with a good support from middle and lower order. Nandha could not repeat his performance in the 2nd inning. After 20 over and courtesy of 33 extras, AQCC set target of 130 to Serendib.
Gurman and Yusry opened the bowling looking for wicket however Serendib opener Anushka wanted to make full use of Power play and indeed in 7 overs Serendib were 60 and on a roll. few catches were dropped but that could be only blemished AQCC had on the field. AQCC quickly regrouped and tightened up the fielding as Serendib could score only 64 in 12 overs. 1 over and 6 runs to get. Gurman in the attack. Controversial umpiring decision and helped by the wides, Seredib reach target with 1 ball and 3 wickets to spare. Highlights will be posted soon.
Tokyo Super League T20 underwent with inaugurating game AQCC winning the game comfortably. Thanks to splendid batting display by top-order who took advantage of loose bowling. Edogawa wicket is completely uneven for the most part of good length and fuller length. The ball keeps low and oddball bounces to an awkward height. bat, IECC was looking for 140runs as a target but in Last 10 over, AQCC batted brilliantly and took advantage of IECC wayward bowling. Nandha changed the game with 17 balls 47run in last 4 overs. In the end, AQCC posted 197 runs in 20 overs. The last 10overs produced 130 runs.
Chasing 198, IECC started cautiously without losing a wicket till 7 th over. However, AQCC disciplined bowling assisted by uneven wicket made batting difficult. Prashant, Atul and Ashok batted patiently but run rate kept getting higher and finally IECC failed to chase down and fell well short by 64 runs.
On Saturday Keio Uni had an excellent warm-up against ADORE who posted a good total for KEIO to chase, but KEIO could not do so. On Sunday, they ensured they bat opposition out of the game. Keio posted one of the highest totals in T20 League this season of 177 /4 in 20 overs. At YCAC, hitting 6s above the net is out along with heavy penalties. Considerating the restrictions, this batting effort is stupendous.
Chasing 178, Robert Newman and Vikram Ragunathan did get a start but could not convert into a big score as asking rate kept going higher each over.
In all , 4 players from Tigers scored 50s to post a mammoth 339 against a understrength Sharks who took field only with 9 players.

Raheel Kano produced his first best bowling figures of 6-28t to bundle out rising start for 124runs. Naimul Syed and Sumon got the start but rest of the batsman could not support them. Chasing 123 runs, Opening pair of W. Miyauchi 76* and K. Kawashima 36* made light work of the chase in just 15.5 overs.
Both put on the unbeaten opening partnership of 124* runs to secure with a bonus point .
